Faith Community Fellowship is proud to present BLAST to the Massillon Community. BLAST is an evening program for children 3 years old (potty-trained) through 12th grade. It’s split into 2 semesters and meets on Wednesdays for 18 total weeks, September- March, from 5:30 -7:30 pm with dinner, lessons, crafts and games for the children. The 2023-2024 season will begin on Wednesday, September 6th.  
   
Registration                                                                                                                                                                                                       
 Registration opens July 23rd. There is a $20 one time registration fee per child to help cover meal expenses. Scholarships are available to help with the fee upon request.  Pre-registration is encouraged, but registrations will be accepted anytime during the Blast season.    Meals will be provided each night from 5:30-6:00 PM for all children prior to their lesson time. Please pay attention to the planned menu and send an alternative if your child cannot or will not eat the meal being provided. Children will be in classes split by age/ grade level.  They will begin and end in their classrooms, but they will rotate through 3 stations each night: Craft, Lesson & Games.  Junior and Senior High students do not have a rotating schedule. They will have a lesson, activities and game time each week, as well as helping to clean up. 
                                                                                                                 
Pre-K to 5th
All children Pre-K to 5th will have the same lesson each week. Parents will receive a paper with details about what was taught & ways to further discuss at home. Lessons are broken into sessions with a common theme. Sessions can be 4 weeks or longer.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
Youth        
Teens (grades 6th-8th & 9th-12th): Junior high students will have their meal, lesson & activities all in the Youth room. They will go to games and then assist in clean up.  Senior High students will meet in a separate room and have a lesson & discussion, game time and assist in clean up.
